If such pants is used with intention to defraud others of a position or rank in the military, then yes, it can be illegal as per our laws. Not only the pants, but your whole getup will be assessed to see if you can be misconstrued as someone who is part of the military.
Other than that, as long as walang markings of AFP or any other branch in the military, then there should be no issue.

Maraming salamat, kasi mejo kinakabahan ako suotin eh kasi mejo hawig ng pattern ng sinuot nung isa dati sa welga, pero pants lng nman ang sakin at wlang kahit anong markings.
