Arresto Menor

Yung nanay ko po nagpapautang kumbaga sya yung guarantor. Ngayon yung taong pinagbibigyan nya ng pera umamin na nagastos nya daw lahat ng pera na nagkakahalaga ng 208k (208,000). Ano po kaya ang maaari naming ikaso sakanya at pwede po ba syang makulong? Nakailang usap na po sa barangay pero wala paring matinong usap ayaw magbayad ng babae at mas kinakampihan pa ng brgy. Captain nila yung babae. Awang awa na po ako sa nanay ko parang sya pa yung nagmamakaawa na ibalik pera namin. Please patulong naman po maraming salamat

You can file a case of collection in the small claims court. There are available forms there that you can fill up and you can get a decision within the day. Just make sure to bring all relevant evidences with you that prove the existence of the debt.
