hello . married na po ako at may anak ako sa pagkadalaga .. yung tatay po ng anak ko willing pumirma ng consent para iaplydo na sa asawa ko ang anak namin .. paano po ba ang process ? at magkano .. just incase po na may kamahalan pwede po bang pagawa muna kme ng consent at iprocess nalang after 2 to 3 yrs para makapag ipon ? and isa din po ba sa process ang home and child study.. o mas pinaikling process dahil ako naman ang biological mother ? thank you in advance
