Good day! I am currently working on Training program of a known bank. On the contract, we have to render 2 years of service to the bank if not we'll be paying 200k for the training bond. I am planning to go already and I'm still a trainee and been in the company for around 2 months only. I already talked to our HR about me leaving due to family reasons. Is there a way I won't be paying the 200k. Thank you!

just render 30 days.. it's your choice not to pay the bond.. the company might withhold your last pay and your clearance and they might go after you for damages.

I was told na if mag resign ako, same pa rin po yung babayaran ko. So the choice is to pay or AWOL.

Can they file a warrant of arrest because of this?

Since there is an agreement that you have to work there for 2 years under the penalty of damages, pwede nila i-enforce yung sinasabi mong agreement laban sayo. https://www.alburovillanueva.com/contracts But it is still up to them if they will really file a legal action against you. Maaabala din kasi sila, and there are required filing fees to be paid in court. Pakiramdaman mo yung company mo, then kung sa tingin mo naman wala silang history na nagdedemanda just to enforce the training bond, then there is lesser risk na idedemanda ka nila.

I signed a contract training agreement and I change my mind.

I disagree, if you havent started work, you are not yet an employee. Send a written notice that you are backing out and give back what you received.

Good day po, ako po ay nagtatrabaho bilang isang junior software engineer. Nag apply po ako via jobstreet. Nainbitahan, nag interview, nagkatrabaho.

Gud day po,I want to ask for advise for my daughter, she is new graduate and this is her first work, the company is a foreign company operating in the phils. She signed a probationary contract for 6 months and she is on her 2nd month. She wants to resign now but is afraid because it was stated in the last part of her probationary contract that there is a bond of 150t to cover the expenses of the company for training in the event that her employment is terminated for due cause within the period of 2 years or shorter from the effectivity of regularization or if she resign within the same period.

Any idea how she could leave that company without paying the bond.
