Arresto Menor

hello po. nung october last year nag apply po ako ng smart plan 799/month.. after 2months po, hindi na ako nkapagbayad hanggang ngayon at hindi ko na din po gigagamit yung simcard na kasama ng plan po. posible po ba akong hindi mkakuha ng NBI clearance dahil may record na po ako sa smart? salamat po.
