Hi. My foreign employer is threatening me that he will file a fraudulent and conning lawsuit for a $3900 amount. He's from a other country. We don't have any work contract except we only talk through chat. Tanong ko lang po is di ba sobrang magastos ang international law suit and possible ba na tinatakot niya lang ako? And if it's true, anong dapat kong gawin? Salamat po

Wala na yung pera. Akala ko kasi part pa rin yun like bonuses tapos binabayaran naman nila. Hindi naman ako namilit.
