Good day, Atty ask lg po ako about my NBI clearance anxiety, last year me nag complain po sakin sa NBI estafa/swindling case pero dun sa NBI lg sa bacolod, when i applied for my clearance in ILOILO i got a hit and i see the complain was dismissed becaused lack of evidence. i got the clearance clean. Now i want to renew my clearance, will the record still appear? and will i still get my NBI clearance?

the only way to find out is to ask for clearance and see what comes up

if the case something really comes up, which was same as last time, but the case is already dismissed. will i still get my clearance?
