Hello po.  Sino pa ba ang mag iisue sa akin ng certificate of full payment ang taga EWB o yung mga taga Bank collectors? Balak ko na kasi na magbayad bukas ng amount na pinag usapan namin para ma close na which is the credit limit only. Or what action should i do first para sure na hindin rin nila ako eescam baka kasi after payment mangungulit na nman sila.Nakapagbigay ng promisory note na din ako. Ang sa akin lang ano ang assurance ko na di na talaga sila mangungulit sa amin? Nenerbyos na yung mama at papa ko mga matatanda na. Nagpupunta na sila sa amin wala nman ako dun para makigpag usap sa kanila. Ewan ko ba bakit nila na trace hometown ko.

hello sir attrny, i already paid the settled amount and e-mailed to them the Payment Slip and asked them to issue me the cert. of full payment. The reply is i will for 15 or 30 banking days for the clearing of my name to their system and then they will send me the cert.
