Homehi po, ask ko lang sana ano pwedeng gawin about my situation. My employer (korean) didn't want to sign my Loan application sa SSS or PagIBIG. Ano kaya ang pwede kong gawin to convince him. Salamat po.

without being discourteous, you can let him him know that it is your legal right and you might go to nlrc or sss and report him

kinausap ko na po si boss and even explained my side kong bakit ako mgloloan pero ayaw padin nia. Other thing po, walang HR Staff tong companya namin, ung corporate secretary namin ang sinabihan ko na magaapply ako ng loan pero sabi nia depende daw kay boss. ang akin lang naman po sana ini-enlighten nia si boss sa mga rights namin as employee.
