I'm a contractual employee in a city and I file a candidacy this brgy.election....knowing that the law state that when a appointive /elective government employee is automatic resign if he/she seek to run...and a 1 year suspension to be hired in any govt. position....
So by law I'm not a appointive employee..there is no employee to employer relationship......so by law if I did'nt win and I wan't to finish my contract ..I can still do so? ..there is some interpretation that I cant because I also work in govt. Office...by law im not included but by some interpretation im not? can you please give me insight on this..thank you
