Gud day po question lang san meron mkasagot ,meron aq kinuha installment na motor last 2009 pa tapos po ngaun lang may dumating sakin notice na may utang pa aq na 15k na ang sabe sa sulat kaolangan ko daw bayaran ung 15k kung hinde i full out ung unit sabi q wla nman aq ganon kalake agad agad ayaw nmn pumayag ng hulugan ung 15k ang sakin lang po bket tumagal ng 9yrs bago nila ko pinadalan ng notice na may utang pa ko sa kanila tapos gusto agad ahad bauaran ko, maari ko po ba na pakiusapan na hulugan nlang un... TIA

you can ask but they have to accept. at same time, they will have to get a court order to make the pull out legal. keep offering them the payments
