Arresto Menor

Good Morning, Last time I went to barangay paliparan site in dasmariñas cavite to complaint the person who has a big credit to me, but unfortunately the Barangay Lupon was unable to help because I don't know the address of the person which is residing on their barangay she even said that they can't help me because I don't know the address of the person that I'm complaining, is their anything I can do to pursue this case?

do more detective work first. they really can't do anything if you can't even say where the person lives
