1. Does work beyond the normal teaching duties considered an overtime and has an additional compensation of 25% of the regular remuneration?
2. Do i need to have a written order from the boss or any form of document that would support the request to extend my service or a verbal command would be enough?
3. If verbal command is okay and later on the boss won’t honor it, what would be your possible defense for your overtime to be recognized?
