Dear Honorable Attorney,
A month ago, I turned over my TCT of my farm lot to NGCP for annotation process regarding their cables passing through a portion of the said lot. It turned out that till now it is still with the Register of Deeds as per them. They said they will follow up this week. My queries are :
1, How long it takes normally to annotate a TCT?
2. If you don't mind this, is there any risk of turning over the original TCT to their custody? I mean to a person in charge of it? Like possibility of fraud?
Look forward to receive a reply soon. Thanks for your program. Grateful to have one like this.
Sincerely Yours,
