Nag change po ng name ang company namin same business nman, dapat po ba kami bigyan ng separation pay? pero naAbsorb po kami ulit ng company... ang tanong ko po, what if mag resign ako, dapat po b ako bayaran ng separation pay according dun sa dati nilang pangalan or business?

kasi sabi nila if you resign wala kang makukuhang separation pay, d po b?

diresto lang ang years of service nyo.. pag nag resign ka.. wala ka makukuha unless mag offer nang redundancy ang company..

wag po kasi maniwala kaagad sa mga sabi sabi na pag nag change ng name e may separation pay. Pag ang Company nag alok ng separation pay yun ang pwede. Saka kung may CBA kayo tungkol sa isyu na yan. Pag nag resign wala po talaga makukuha unless nga nasakop ito ng CBA ninyo.
