Hi thanks in advance to those who'll pay time reading this.
I have question about credit card. I have a payroll account with BPI and a credit card which I can no ponger pay. I really dont have money to right now and i am just wondering if BPI is in any case allowed to automatically deduct money from my payroll account to pay for the credit card? Please help.
Also, I have previously organised a payment plan with BPI and I am just worried about one item on the terms and conditions---
Terms and conditions for the use of Special Balance Conversion Facility:
Item Number 4 states: upon the occurrence of an event of default or any breach of the terms and conditions hereof, BPI is appointed and shall act as attorney-in-fact with full power and authority to do all acts and deeds in addition to and other than those as herein granted.
Cardholder hereby ratifies and confirms all acts and deeds as may be done and performed by BPI under this authority.
What do they mean by "authority to do all acts and deeds" ?
