Arresto Menor

Hello po. I would like to ask something in relation to SM Case. My Case Theft sa SM was already done. Actually, Case dismissed na siya. Nagundergo kami nang Settlement process that’s why ang SM nag issue Affidavit of Desistance. Now, my question is. Makakuha ba ako ng Police Clearance? Ano po nakalagay? Huhu may record po ba? SA NBI po anong nakalagay? Thanks sa mag respond

Please call the NBI office and ask for an update regarding your status. If there is a hit in your record, it might mean that the resolution of the case has not been submitted yet to the NBI.

I am not familiar with the procedure of NBI clearance, so it is best that you call their office or go there to update your record and ask what procedure you have to do in order to clear up your record.
