Arresto Menor

Hi I am trying to come there and live with my wife in the Philippines ,I'm from the usa I am 26 , when I was 19 I had a offense where I was underage and drinking with other underage people, it was not a serious offense but it shows up on my nbi also I had a recieving stolen property charge even though I didn't know the the items I had bought were stolen ... will this stop me from being able to live in the philippines , I really want to reunite with my wife and live there with her and start a business .
