I have a dismissed case. Everytime I went to the NBI office to get NBI clearance I always been hitted. I gave to them the dismissed order.
Is there any way that my name will be cleared on their record so that there will no delay on releasing my NBI clearance?

it's always going to be like that because NBI's system only notes the warrants of arrest.
