Hi atty. Ask ko lang kung anong legal action ang dapat gawin para makuha ko ang pera ko sa kasamahan ko dito sa trabaho. Matagal na savings na po ito higit 2 years na po. Matagal ito at hindi konpa binalak noon na iclaim para kumita ito at lumago. Ngunit ngayon, kinakailangan ko na ng pera ngunit hindi ko pa makuha sa kasama ko. Wala po kaming contrata na pinirmahan. Anu po ang pwde kong gawin dito?
