Hi, Good day!
I need your advise or someone who have knowledge about this matter.
Fresh grad po ako.
Nagwork po ako as Manager Trainee
I decided to resign because of health issue and because of the management.
Thank you

30 days notice is required by law. kailangan mo irender yan pag nag resign ka. otherwise, you will be considered as AWOL

Bond is usually if for the training that they invested in you. since you signed your contract, you agree to abide by it, then you also agree to pay for it in case you resigned earlier.

hope this helps.

what do you want to happen? if you just walk away and refuse their demands, they will have to file a case against you to collect. very few employers will do that because they have to justify themselves before a court. Your loss would be your last pay
