Ako po si bernadeth nangutang po ako sa lending company 26k dahil 3yrs na po ako hnd nakabayad dhl sa tumigil ako sa pagtratrabaho at bigla po nagkaemergency hindi ko na nabayaran ng tuluyan ngayon po nagpadala ng sulat ang lending company naging 84k na po. May co maker din po ako nagaalala po ako baka yung co maker ko ang singilin. Pwedi po kayang i settlement yon na mas mababa sa 84k? Ano po kailangan kong gawin?

sadly, there is no easy legal remedy. best you can do is try to negotiate a settlement for a lower amount, else you will have to go to court to pray for a valid interest rate
