Good day po attrny..double entry po ang birth cert ko.un BC1 po 1st registration po surname with acknowledge of biological father.registered po nun pinanganak ako pero ndi po cla kasal ng mother ko at naghiwalay.endi ko po ginamit sa school.i was born in year 1980..BC2 po late reg year 1994 surname use from my stepfather.no legal adoption made.ginamit ko po cia sa college until now n nsa saudi nako.binago po nila ang year of birth ko ginawang 1981.patay na po ang biological father ko at ang mother ko.ang prob po hinold ng nso ang late reg ko.please sir i really need your help.Godbless
