Arresto Menor

Hello po atty. Ano po dapat gawin. Nagnakaw ung katulong at biglang umalis na walang paalam at hindi makontak number nia. Nung tinwagan namin agency nia, nung una saamin pa kumakampi at naun bumaliktad na agency. Ngayon sino dapat ang sisihin po dto at paano po mga gagawin. May police report na ho kami.

Did you sign any employment contract with the agency? If yes, you should review the terms and conditions there and check if there are any provisions regarding liability of the kasambahay.

Talk to the manpower agency first and keep escalating the matter to someone in a higher position when the one handling your case does not appear to be competent enough for you. It is too early to consider litigation when things can still be worked out.
