if your brother has a mistress then the wife has the right to sue him. there's no way around it as what he's doing is illegal.
what your brother can do is stop his relationship, have their marriage dissolved through annulment or nullity. once their marriage no longer exist, that's the only time he can be with other women.

ayaw naman n wife magkaayos sila .gusto mangulo n lang . pinalayas nya n kapatid ko .concern lang brother ko mga bata.wla p sya png support s mga bata. i know wlang excuse s ginawa ng kapatid ko pero hindi lng nman siguro kpatid ko my kasalanan kung nasira family nila wla p sya pde gawin habng wla p pera png file and annulment?

Sa PAO po b free tlga? My mga expenses po b kmi n dapat paghandaan ? At kung meron mga mgkano po kya ? How long would it take ang process? Ma obliga po ang brother ko sa support kung wala sya work ? Sa ngayon kc lahat ng shipping company tintawagn nung wife pra d n mkasaky ng barko . Kung dito man sya pinas mghanp ng work bka ganun din gawin nung wife . Kaya mganda n rin siguro mgharap harp n lng s court.
