Will I be imprisoned?

Nagpapaluwagan po kasi ako ng phones dati. Gaya ng samsung at oppo. May mga tao naman na nagawa kong ma release yung unit nila. Kaya lang, hindi na nagbayad yung iba which resulted na hindi ako naka release ng unit sa iba. I promised to give them refund. I was just wondering, I was not able to pay the total money that I need to return to them right now. I owe 4100 to one person but I was able to pay 1900 already. I owe 3200 to the other and I was able to return the 1500. And meron pang 3600 na hindi ko nabayaran at 4000. Kung magpapablotter po sila or magdedemanda, makukulong po ba ako kahit may naibayad na ako?

if they can prove na may pangloloko involved then yes may kuling yan, if you can prove naman na honest mistake then walang kulong but you will still need to pay back

basta nangloko ka or may fraud. yung amount of jail time lang ang pinagtatalunan. If i remember correctly if above P6000 parang six months and one day ang minimum jail term
