Good day sir.ang problema ko po yung birth certificate ng bata may anak po ang asawa ko sa pagkadalaga yung ama po ang nakapirma sa birth certificate.Matagal n po kmi nagsasama ng asawa ko kasal n po kmi sa church at judge.yung bata po 13 yrs old na.pero until now d pa alam ng bata na iba ang tatay nya..D ko po alam saan ako magsisimula panu mabago ang surname ng bata, Maraming salamat po.GOD BLESS YOU ALL..

Thank you po.Ask ko lang po paano proseso ng pag adopt bata. gaano katagal ang proseso at how much would it cost? Di ko po alam saan ako magsisimula.Ano ang first step..Again atty thank you very much po.GOD BLESS YOU ALWAYS..

you will have to get a lawyer to prepare your petition. it is a court case which involves the dswd. can take 1-2 years. cost depends on the lawyer you retain.

Good day po Atty. Nakakuha na po ako ng lawyer,Gumagastus na po ako ng almost 150 thou.magkanu po ba inaabot ng ganitong kaso?salamat po ..GOD BLESS
