Arresto Menor

Yung live-in partner ko po kasal s una asawa. Ung una asawa po lagi nanghihingi dagdag sustento. Meron po sila 2 anak, ung isa ay special child. Ngbibigay po ang live-in partner ko ng 7k monthly dahil ang income po ng live-in partner ko ay 20k. Meron na din po kme 2 anak. Kailangan po b 50% ng sahod ang bnibigay nya. Kahit gustuhin nya dn po mkpagbigay ng malaki s una pamilya nya eh hindi po kakayanin dahil sakto lang po s pangastos namin ang knikita nya. Isa p po tanong, Yung una asawa nya po ay gusto na din mgfile ng annulment dahil may meron na din po sya iba mahal. Pano po ba mgfile ng annulment dahil both parties naman po ang may gusto ng annulment?..... Salamat po.

First, I have to say that living in with a married man is considered the crime of concubinage. a married woman having sexual relations with another man is adultery.

there is no fixed formula in law how to compute for support, but your husband should retain proof that he is sending the support. nevertheless, i would say that the wife and legitimate children should receive at least half of the father's income.

he should have his marital documents and history reviewed by a legal professional to see if there is a ground for annulment.
