Used maiden name on deed of sale (still married but not living with husband anymore)

Arresto Menor

I recently purchased a condo unit and registered it under my maiden name instead of my married name. I still have (1) gov't issued id that bears my maiden name and that was used as reference.
I have been separated (not legally) 3 years ago and we have a son (youngest). I also have a son from a previous relationship (eldest).
Question: magkaka prob po ba sa huli in case something would happen to me? I want my children to be the only heirs to my property. Was it a good idea to use my maiden name?
