TERMINATION advice please

I commit a mistake from my work recently. Upon reading labor law my act was a serious offense that subject for termination. I done qualified theft where in i withdrew money from a client's account. I intentionally do it because of my financial problems. I was able to withdrew total of 300T, I already admit it to my manager and I replied to the Memo they have given me that I explain that I am willing to cooperate to the investigation. Im worried If they will be still file a case from me? A criminal case? Im worried for my future. I know what i have done is a mistake. Can I still work in a government? Atty please give me feedback

Even if ill pay all the damages ive made? Therefore i dont havr a chance to work in a government sector cause i have already crininal case... Is there any option for them to not filing a case against me because im willing to face all my obligations and damages i made..

makiusap ka nalang. malamang if you return the money they will not file charges. but there is nothing you can do to force them if they are hellbent on filing charges against you even if you pay more than you took.

what is the meaning of honorable dismissal and administrative case?

yan eh pag yung estudyante ay lilipat ng eskwelahan at pinayagan ng registrar. Ibig sabhin walang disciplinary action na pending dun sa estudyante

Ung manager ko winoworkout nya sa management na honorable dismissal daw ang ibigay saken... Wala pang case na nafile sa akin ksi nasaprocess palang kmi between the management and me... Pghonorable dismissal sabi ng manager ko pwd ako maissuehan ng clearance.. Tama po ba?
