Huge interes of loan

I owe money from a loan to a person 20percent.i borrowed only 300k but she deducted 60k already.when she collected he want me pay 360k until 460k.she even get our title and house.when i paid that amount.she increases to 600k again.she doesnt like to return our property when im paying 460k.and that with agreement.so i explained her i dont have anymore to give.she got checks from me knowing it is closed.she knew it.but she still got these checks.after paying her my full credit,she is getting demanding 140k to make it 600k all in all.should i pay her.it was so illegal she is aking already.my owed money is 300k with interes but she increses to that huge amt.what i should do?
