Yun po kasing nabili naming foreclosed property ginagawa na lang pong storage space ng dating may ari. Hindi po namin alam kung nasan na po yung may ari at gusto ng barangay na nasasakupan po nung property eh ipa blotter daw po muna yung dating may ari.

May batas po ba kaming susuwayin kung pasukin po namin yung nabili naming bahay, mag sama ng barangay witnesses at ivideio lahat ng nagaganap para i inventory yung gamit na andon at ipa storage ko po?

Atty need ko din po ng help.. nakabili po ako ng bahay thru acquired assets ng pag ibig.pero sa subdivision na ito at sinisingil po ako ng monthly dues or membership fee for the past 14yrs na hindi nabayaran ng dating may ari. at matagal ng abandoned ang bahay na ito. legal po ba un? salamat

@Odhysthoughts , may tenants ba or care taker yung mga gamit na nakalagay then that could be your link to owner. possible na hinihintay niya lang may magclaim. kung wala talaga an eviction case may be required para legal. ano ang agreement ninyo with the bank as is wjere is ba or was there a discussion na ipapaevict muna nila bago iturn-over?

Pag-ibig Acquired Asset po yung property. As Is Where Is ang terms. Tumawag na po ako sa Pag-Ibig and according to them, hindi siya trespassing at walang legal repercussion yung ipa move sa storage yung gamit ng dating may ari.

Kailangan lang na may witnesses at fully documented yung pag move.

@fatchoy_177. hindi ka pa bounded by their regulations in the previous years kaya I don't think you have any liability until after you occupy your lot. wether they have document stating so hindi ka pa member at that time.

The Deed Restrictions will show whether all liabilities will be carried over to the next buyer (which is usually the case). That's why due diligence must be exercised prior to acquiring a property.

So to answer your question, should the Deed Restriction say so, you are liable for all debts incurred.
