Arresto Menor

I had a former friend na niloko ako sa malaking halaga (P650k). Nung nabisto sila, ibinalik sa akin ang 300k pero hindi na nila mabayaran yung remaining. Nag issue ng cheke pero closed account na for months. Nagka kutob ako na balak nila ako "patahimikin" para lusot na sila sa utang ko. Yung tao na yun ay madaming baril at isa doon ay walang papers. alam ko dahil sinubukan nyang ibenta yun sa akin.

Saan ba ako pwede pumunta para ma inspect yung bahay nila for illegal possession of firearms? ano ano ang dapat kong i-present?
