Last 0ct 23 nag order po ako online and dumating po ang shipment ko based sa EMS tracking nung pong Nov. 3 dito sa Pinas. Btw, ang inorder ko po online ay Isang set ng CD bali 3 piece po.. Ngayon po, nagtanong tanong po ako about kung pano make claim, may tax ba etc.. Then ganito po, nam reply po sa message ko si Customs saying na kung may CD ang shipment ko ay kelangan daw po ng OMB permit para maclear sa Customs..
Ang tanong ko po ay eto, may Memo Circular po ang OMB na nagsasabing eto po ang exemptions sa mga Individuals na for personal use po ang binilingb CD....
"Individuals or companies importing a single shipment, containing six (6) pieces or less of optical discs of different titles shall be exempted from this requirement, provided that there shall not be more than three (3) pieces of each title in said shipment. For avoidance of doubt, a multi-volume set under single title shall be considered as one (1) piece for the purpose of determining whether said shipment falls under this exemption. This exemption applies to optical discs, music cassettes and VHS tapes only, and does not apply to metal stampers, or any other equipment or items used in the production of optical discs."
Sa palagay niyo po kaya ay maeexcempt ako. Ang binili ko lang naman po ay 3 CD na pareparehas po, magkakaiba lang po ng kulay pero iisa naman po ang title at ang laman.
Btw, yan pong MC na yan ay MC No. 2005 -005.
