Pwede kung maghahire sila ng collection agency from the Philippines. Pero civil case lang to at hindi criminal kaya di ka makukulong.

If you have an intention to go back to Saudi Arabia, they may find your old debts record. But if you don’t? And they are not looking for you? As you said it’s been 3 years. If it is less than SR100K they may not bother to chase after you!
