I am currently employed as a QA Analyst (file and rank position) sa isang kompanya dito sa bansa. For the first year in this company, I was able to avail all the OT pay and holiday pay, but on my 13th month I received a %30 increase sa basic salary ko so I was very happy. And then, here's the time na nalaman ko na I'm not anymore eligible for an OT pay since yung job grade ko daw ay for supervisory na and as per company policy walang OT pay ang supervisor. Let me just clear, I'm still QA Analyst and I'm not a supervisor.
So my question, is this legal? I mean sa nature ng work ko, halos 24/7 ang operation namin which pumapasok ako 8:00am and now only God knows kelan ako makaka out kasi di pwdng ipagpabukas ang quality testing tas thank you nlang ang OT?
