gf gets pregnat at the age of 17

i just want to ask if what kind of case that the gf family can file to her bf? the gf is only 17 and her family is demanding about the money,we are here in Cambodia the gf is living with her mom and the live in partner is an Australian and he is a lawyer..the uncle(live in partner of her mom) is demanding money from the bf,he said that he wants the bf to pay all the expenses that he has given to her gf ,because gf mom went to the phils to get her gf so they paid for the air fare visas etc...

is the bf have the rights to fight or demand not to pay because he doesn't have enough money to pay for expenses?
what are the possible things can happen if he pursue to fight for that matter?

yes they can file a case since she is a minor. if you will settle (pay), demand a written agreement first that they will not pursue any legal actions after the settlement.

in case you will decide to fight, then wait for them to file a case then hire a lawyer.
