payment for a design

ask ko lang po kung ano ang dapat kong gawin.. eto po ang situation.

1. designer po ako ng sapatos at bag, nagpapasa po ako ng mga drawings tapos po binabayaran po nila ako per design 3000pesos..
2. everytime binabayaran po nila ako, ng bibigay lang po ako ng handwritten of receiving payment.
3. ngayon may client po ako na nagpadrawing ng 20design, at nagustuhan po nya lahat yung design kaya ipapamanufacture nya po yun.. kaya lang po ayaw nya na handwritten lang yung received payments ko... gusto po nila magbigay daw po ako ng resibo.
4. HIndi naman po madalas na may nagpapadesign ng sapatos, biglaan lang po na nagustuhan nila po lahat yun.

1. ano po ang dapat kung sabihin sa cliente ? wala ako resibo na maibibigay po kasi eh.
2. legal po ba yung ginagawa ko na maningil dun sa mga designs ng sapatos at bag na ginuguhit ko.. tapos parang acknowledgement slip lang po yung binibigay ko po sa kanila? illegal daw po yun..
3.paano po kung wala pa ako maibigay na resibo? hindi ko na po ba cla pwede singilin? kasi nakita na po nila yung mga designs.
4. nagtatrabaho po ako sa isang kumpanya sa bubong, bawal po ba na magkaron ng sideline katulad ng ginagawa ko po? mahilig po kasi ako talaga magdesign at magdrawing. nagkataon po na may nagkakagusto po dun para ipagawa sa liliw laguna.

the buyer of your designs is going by the book. I recommend you formalize your business by registering at the BIR. Legally, you are required to declare income from whatever source so it is not wrong to require you to issue a receipt.

our company deals with supply and installation of roofing materials... i am the operation head po, usually manage the projected time of work of every project...

does is cost too much? where would be the first agency that i would go to? bir na po agad?

if you will use a biz name, dti. don't forget mayor's permit then bir.
