Arresto Menor

I hired a lawyer for my friend and he has done nothing. The only way to get him to say anything is to physically go to his office and find him there. When he does say he will take some action, he fails to do so and refuses to offer any reason for his failure.

Would it be helpful to hire an additional lawyer to manage the unresponsive lawyer? Are there attorneys that specialize in this kind of matter?
