COST OF TITLE

Good PM mga ka PL, ask lang po ako kung mag kano po ba ang mababayad namin kung mag papa titolo nang Lupa?
kasi may lupa po ang mama ko inherited sa lolo ko (bali 5 silang mag kakapatid equal division sa lupa), bayad napo yung tax at ibpa. yung concern nalang po namin kung sa pag pa title mag kano po yung magagastos namin... yung lupa po ay aabot nang 1.8 hectars (est)...

Is your land tax declaration user rights, and the family has paid tax for it at least 10 years?
Then you can APPLY to get title, but it isn't sure it's approved. If it's since around 1949 then it's allways aproved.

I'm not sure if it's any change by it's inherited but I don't believe so.
and I don't know if there are local differences.
A few years ago at Cebu island it did cost just 2 - 3000 per title for lands of 1 - 5 hectares.

(If it's CLOA. then it's more complicated by the fee is related to value of harvests somehow if I'm informed corect.)

depende kasi magbabayad ka sa geodetic engr para sa survey plan, tpos abogado kung i-file sa court tpos sa tax at sa registry of deed na mag issue ng title. mas maganda magtanung ka sa mga tao/ahensiyang ito
