Guys, I'm doing an in-dept study about the nature and legal implications of employment bond. The objective of my study is to assess its force and strength in the performance of the contract and determine flaws that may be used as defense to veer away from it. I'd greatly appreciate your contributions and insights about the topic. Pertinent legal provisions and jurisprudence if you know of any are most welcome. God bless.
