Homegud pm. po na illegal recruiter po ako nung araw 1995 or 1996. kumuha po ako ng nbi clearance eto lang pong august 2017 pinapupunta po ako sa nbi manila kasi daw po may kaso name ko. pag victim po ba may kaso din po?

wala po. baka may kapangalan ka lang na may kaso kaya ka iinterviewhin. just proceed with the interview kung wala ka naman talaga kaso para maissuehan ka ng clearance.

dati kasi sir may na rcvd akong letter tapos po di ako naka attend ng hearing kaso po nag wowork na po ako non. di na din po kaso ako nag complaint. pero nag nbi pa po non ma interview ako ng agent tapos po pina uwi na din ako. after po ng nangyari di na po ako nag file ng complaint pero may dumating na letter sa bahay kaya lang po di nako naka attend. may record din po kaya ako

Unless there is a charge against you filed in the court, nothing will reflect in your records with the NBI. The only way to find out is to go to the NBI and see for yourself.
