Hi All,

Need po ng advise. I just want to check if meron po bang batas na kapag under agency ka then inabsorb kana ng company kung saan ka nagtatrabaho ay mag baback to zero ka ulit ng probationary period?

yes, parang lumipat ka ng company. if regular na ang status mo sa agency, pwede mong tanggihan yung absorption pero this will likely result in you being on floating status until maihanap ka ng bagong assignment ng agency

The agency and the company are separate entities. Status mo sa isang company is different sa ibang company. unless sabi ng company hired ka directly as regular employee, you will still undergo probationary period.
