Hi, ask ko lang.

nag work ako sa isang company as a probi. and na end na yung contract ko for 6 months and hindi na ako pumirma for the next contract.

tapos sabi ni employer need ko daw mag render ng 30days pa din kahit wala na akong contract sa kanila bago ako umalis?

Q1. Do they have the rights na di ako bigyan ng C.O.E. ?
Q2. if yes sa Q1, anong move and pede kong gawin?
Q3. if no sa Q1, anong move ang gagawin ko?

Di ka pwedeng pagtrabahuin ng lagpas sa proby period mo kasi magiging regular kana nun. Pagkatapos ng proby period mo ay hindi mo na kailangan mag-render ng 30 days.

1. NO, your employer has no right not to give you your COE as long as you are cleared on all accountabilities.

3. Magprocess ka ng clearance mo at kunin mo COE mo.

Ok. Thanks for the advice.

But unfortunately, hindi man lang sila sumasagot sa text at emails ko ..

ang problem kasi sa batas natin although required ang employer mag bigay ng COE, wala naman deadline na nakasaad. try mo magpatulong thru sa dole hotline. minsan kung dole mismo ang tatawag napapabilis ang COE
