I would like to seek advice regarding me and my siblings situation.

if they registered the marriage, then nullity should be done through court.

Wait, so you are saying the informant when you were born just place a place and date of marriage in your birth certificate even if in fact, your parents are not married at all?

You need to obtain a CENOMAR for your mother. And a CENOMAR for your father. Ask a lawyer to draft a petition for correction of entry for you.

Yes of course.

You cannot just change a person's status without presenting evidence why. Also, the petition for correction of entry has to be published in a newspaper of general circulation where you are for three consecutive weeks.
