hello po!

itatanong ko lang po sana kung totoo po ba na ang rights ng isang illegitimate child at isang legitimate child ay parehas lang pag dating sa properties? may nakapagsabi po kasi sa akin na pag ang ama ng isang bata ay nakapirma sa birth certificate ng bata kahit illegitimate child siya ay may habol daw po ang bata sa properties ng ama at ang magiging share niya ay kaparehas lang ng isang legitimate child.

sana po maliwanagan ako sa magiging opinion niyo...

Hindi po tama 'yon.

Ang share ng illegitimate child na nakapirma ang tatay sa birth certificate ay kalahati lamang ng share ng legitimate child.

Kung hindi nakapirma ang tatay sa birth certificate o hindi kinikilala ng ama ang illegitimate child bilang anak nya, hindi po 'yon makakamana sa tatay (meron exceptions for this, pero not applicable to your question).

thank you for your response, sabi kasi nila may revised law na daw po ngayon about jan, anyway sana nga hindi totoo para naman hindi unfair sa mga na agrabyadong legal family..thanks again ang God Bless
