Hi!

Is it legal to deduct on your backpay the unpaid training/seminar cost if you separate already to the company. Note: training/seminar is an inhouse and does not conduct any trainings outside the company.

yes if ganun ang kasunduan. usually kasi seminars training are conducted and may kapalit na you have to stay a certain length sa company for them to recoup their expenses
