to be honest wala. kung parehas kayo gumastos sa pagpapatayo ng bahay, parehas kayo may karapatan sa bahay kahit di kayo kasal.

how about po sa RA 9262 is the Anti-Violence Against Women and their Children Act.

Hindi ba sya pasok sa

What do you want to achieve? You want to force him to come back to you? Seriously. That would be involuntary servitude.

No relationship is perfect. Not every fight, or every word uttered amounts to psychological violence.

As to economic abuse: 1. You had no right to expect him to support you because in the first place you are not married; and 2. Even if he made you stop working, YOU COULD HAVE SAID NO and defied him unless he used such force and intimidation that prevented you from contravening him.

Either way you have to get yourself assessed by a medical professional or a psychologist to prove that you have indeed suffered psychological damage, the root cause of which is your ex-boyfriend's acts.
