HIT NBI Clearance

I took the clearance in bacolod last May 30, 2017 with a HIT. NBI staff told me to come back this coming 14th of June 2017 which will affect my flight schedule.
Can I go directly to NBI main to verify even I don't have appointment?

you can try but there is a good chance that they have yet to complete the investigation for your hit.

Then I think the best thing to do is to come over to NBI having the chance than to wait and doing nothing.
