Ask ko lang po. May kaso po ako at " Guilty " ang hatol sakin sa lower court. Pero nung nag appeal po ako sa Court of Appeals , acquitted po ako. Kapag kumuha po ba ko ng NBI Clearance lalabas po ba dun yung kaso ko? I mean since na " guilty " po kasi ung hatol sakin ng lower court kung lalabas po sya sa nbi clearance ko. Salamat po.

Bring a certified copy of your decision on appeal.

Sometimes the NBI records are not updated and you have to bring this to the attention of the NBI so the database could be modified accordingly.

In case na on-going pa lng ung trial, it means na hindi pde makakuha ng nbi at makapag work?

Makakauha ka sa NBI. Kaya lang mailalagay doon lahat ng kaso.

Depende sa employer yun kung tatanggapin ka kahit na meron kang kaso.
